Rita M. Rosati, 85, of New Castle, passed away the evening of March 13, 2016 at Golden Hill Nursing Home. Born on April 28, 1930 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Mary Butchelli Rosati. Rita retired from the finishing department of Shenango Pottery. She was a member of St. Vitus Church. Rita is survived by her brother, David Rosati and his longtime companion Patty George of New Castle, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael and Dominick D’Amico. Honoring her wishes, there are no calling hours, and services are private. Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery.
