Billie J. Rodgers, 69, of E. Washington St. passed away the morning of June 11, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 3, 1945 in Sharon, PA. Preceding her in death are her loving parents, Carl and Chloe Reed Rodgers. Billie had previously worked as a teller for Sky Bank. She loved ceramics and her dog Candy. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Billie is survived by her stepdaughter, Pamela Masters of New Castle, several nieces and nephews, great-niece and great-nephews, and great-great-nieces. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her longtime companion, Thomas A. Natale, Sr., and sisters, Ethel Brown, Shirley Messina, and Marian Parker. There will be no calling hours, and services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St.
