Sharon L. Hendricks, 68, of New Castle, passed away the evening of April 28, 2015 at Transitions Healthcare in Washington, PA. Born on September 11, 1946 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late George R. and Martha McCue Brown. She also was preceded in death by her husband of ten years, Terry Hendricks, who passed away in September 1999. Sharon was an avid Steelers fan, and she enjoyed crocheting. Sharon is survived by her daughters, Teresa Anderson of New York, Laura Quear of New Castle, Rose Edwards of Gainesville, OH, and Patricia Kulinski of New Castle; brother, Robert Brown of Texas; sisters, Carol Van Stienburg of Texas and Martha Chappell of New Castle; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brother, George “Larry” Brown, and her first husband, Ronald Kulinski. Visitation will be held Monday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St, and services will be held directly afterward at 12:00pm, officiated by Reverend Dennis Bupp. Entombment will take place at Graceland Cemetery.
