Jared D. Bartley, 40, of Shenango Township passed away September 20, 2014 at his residence. He was born August 23, 1974 in New Castle and was the son of Dale and Charlotte Mayberry Bartley. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Nathaniel Bartley and Noah Bartley both of New Castle; and three sisters, Stacey Duncan, Alice Kirkwood and Elizabeth Anderson all of New Castle. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Albert Bartley and his maternal and paternal grandparents. There will be no calling hours. The interment will be in Plain Grove Cemetery and a graveside service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 Noon at the cemetery. Reverend Jim O’Hara of Castlewood Alliance Church will officiate. Arrangements handled by the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 941 S. Mill Street.
