Shirley Jane Shreffler, 72, of New Castle passed away the morning of March 26, 2014 at Haven Convalescent Home. Services are private. Interment will take place at Fair Oaks Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St.
