Carrie Frengel Cimini, 94, of Summerfield, FL passed away the morning of February 24, 2014 at the Palm Garden of Ocala in Ocala, FL. Born on July 11, 1919 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sundrina Ross Frengel. On June 22, 1940, she married her beloved husband, Frank Cimini, and the two spent fifty-eight wonderful years together until he preceded her in death in 1998. Carrie was a graduate of Shenango High School and a former member of St. Vitus Church. She volunteered for the Alzheimer’s Association of Ft. Myers, FL and loved to play cards. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and good friends. Carrie is survived by her daughter, Renee Cimini of Summerfield, FL; grandson, Stephen Cimini and wife Kathy of Mars, PA; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas Cimini and Stephanie Cimini. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Robert Cimini; sister, Theresa Lowry; brothers, Albert Frengel, Henry Frengel, Fred Frengel, Daniel Frengel, and Joseph “Junior” Frengel. Private calling hours and services were held at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd, officiated by Rev. William Siple of St. Vitus Church. Interment will take place at Castleview Memorial Gardens.
