Margaret L. Frengel, 76, of Windsor Ridge passed away the evening of June 22, 2013 at her residence.
She was born October 24, 1936 in New Castle and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Colia Morelli. She is survived by her husband, Joseph M. Frengel whom she married September 17, 1953.
Mrs. Frengel lived for thirty two years in California before moving back to New Castle. While residing in California she operated a ceramics business. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In earlier years, she was very active in her children’s schools and was a member of the school PTA. Margaret was a member of St. Vitus Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Arthur Frengel and wife Renee of Santa Rosa, CA, Joseph Frengel of Cedar Park, TX and Michael Frengel and wife Romina of Boston, MA; sister, Arlene Brooks of Las Vegas, NV; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Sarah, Katharine and Joseph and six great grandchildren, Rylan, Miles, Jackson, Sarena, Ethan and Tristan.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 3000 Wilmington Road. A mass of christian burial will be celebrated by Father William Siple on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at St. Vitus Church.
