Elsie A. Fulmer, 88, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, formerly of Taylor St. passed away the afternoon of June 4, 2013 at Jameson Hospital.
Born in New Galilee, Pa. on July 23, 1924, Elsie was the daughter of the late Theodore and Rose Bolini Pagani. Preceding her in death on July 31, 2005 is her husband, Clifford H. Fulmer, who she married April 10, 1942.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Elsie had been a waitress for twenty five years at Troggio’s Restaurant. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, crocheting and cherished the times she spent with her family.
Survivors include her two children, Charles E. Fulmer and his wife Diann, Esther Selby and her husband William, both of New Castle; her grandchildren, Nicole Toombs, Lisa Colich and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Elsie is preceded in death by her brother, Ambrose Pagani and her sisters, Mary Keebler and Louise Orlando.
Visitation is Thursday from 5PM to 8PM at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.
A Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 10AM officiated by Pastor Nathan Loudon of First Presbyterian Church.
