Tracy T. Gardner, 63, of New Castle passed away the evening of December 8, 2014 of natural causes at his residence. Born on January 4, 1951 in New Castle, he was the son of Ruth Thorpe Gardner Whitlach of Texas and the late James Gardner. Surviving him at home is his beloved wife of 43 years, the former Ellen Dennis, whom he married on April 21, 1971. Tracy was the owner and operator of C. R. Gardner Sons Heating and Cooling. He was a member of Croton Methodist Church. Tracy also was an avid hunter. In addition to his wife, Tracy is survived by his son, Cory James Gardner and wife Susan of Ft. Mill, SC, brother, Leslie Gardner and wife Mary Ellen of Crosby, TX, and grandchildren, Sophia Grace and Emily Faith. Honoring his wishes, there are no calling hours or services planned. The family requests that memorial contributions take the form of donations to Jay Family Reunion Fund 806 Arlington Ave, New Castle, PA 16101.
