John S. Chiaro, 92, of New Castle passed away the morning of August 15, 2014 in Edison Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Arrangements are being handled by Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. A full obituary will be available Saturday.
